Joshua Duvall to Present Webinar on Defense Regulation
On Wednesday, January 13, 2021, Joshua Duvall will be presenting a webinar on Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement ("DFARS") Part 202, Definition of Words and Terms.
For defense contractors, the DFARS is an important regulation because it implements and supplements the Federal Acquisition Regulation ("FAR"). The DFARS contains, for example, requirements of law, DoD-wide policies, delegations of FAR authorities, deviations from the requirements under the FAR, and certain policies and procedures.
The webinar is hosted by Jennifer Schaus & Associates, a business that helps government contractors with a broad range of issues covering both pre- and post-award matters, including proposal and grant writing, strategic pricing, contract administration, and GSA schedules.
