GovConJudicata is published by Joshua B. Duvall, a seasoned government contracts attorney and founding attorney of Duvy Law LLC providing business, government contracts, and cybersecurity legal services to small and large civilian, defense, space, and government technology contractors. 

 

Josh is trusted counsel to government contractors and advises clients in a variety of high-impact government contracting matters, including bid protests (GAO, COFC, agency-level), REAs and claims, disputes, teaming agreements, joint ventures, subcontracts, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), novations, federal grants, ethics and conflicts of interest rules, cybersecurity, complex regulatory compliance, and other matters with a nexus to federal and state procurement.  

 

Prior to founding Duvy Law, Josh was a government contracts partner at a national AmLaw 150 law firm in Washington, DC.  Josh received his law degree from The George Washington University Law School and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).  Before law, Josh worked in the IT and cybersecurity space, including as a systems administrator and malware analyst.
