GovConJudicata is published by Joshua B. Duvall, a Washington, DC-based government contracts attorney providing business, government contracts, and cybersecurity services to a wide variety of small, mid-size, and large civilian and defense contractors and subcontractors. 

 

Josh is trusted counsel to government contractors and advises clients in a variety of complex government contracting matters, including bid protests (GAO, COFC, agency-level), claims, disputes, teaming agreements, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), novations, subcontracts, joint ventures, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity.  

 

Josh received his law degree from The George Washington University Law School and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).  Prior to practicing law, Josh worked in the IT and cybersecurity space, including as a systems administrator and malware analyst.
