DOJ Reports Record $6.8B in False Claims Act Recoveries for FY25
Last Friday, the U.S. Department of Justice ("DOJ" or the "Department") announced that settlements and judgments under the False Claims Act ("FCA") reached a record $6.8 billion in fiscal year 2025 ("FY25").
