Josh Duvall to Speak at the 2025 National HUBZone Conference
On July 23, 2025, government contracts and cyber attorney Josh Duvall will be speaking at the 2025 National HUBZone Conference in Chantilly, VA. The National HUBZone Conference is a premier event for HUBZone-certified small businesses, government agencies, and other large and small contractors, with nearly 1000+ attendees from a variety of industries across the United States.
In a presentation called, The CMMC HUBZone: The Small Business Guide to Navigating Compliance, Josh and co-panelists Megin Kennett and Fernando Machado will provide an update on the DOD's Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Program and talk about why CMMC isn’t just a cyber requirement—it’s a business imperative. In addition, they will unpack some of the real-world challenges small businesses face—from navigating legal and contractual risks to managing remote workforces and meeting increasing expectations from prime contractors.
