Josh Duvall to Present Webinar on CMMC Program for the DC Bar Association

On February 18, 2026, Josh Duvall will speak on a panel webinar, CMMC: Ask the Experts the Questions No One Else Is Talking About, hosted by the D.C. Bar Government Contracts Community.

The panel will discuss the U.S. Department of War's Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification ("CMMC") program, its impact on the defense supply chain, and the implications of certification for ongoing government enforcement of cyber obligations. The program will also address best practices for managing controlled unclassified information, or CUI, and cover some recent developments in FedRAMP assessments and authorizations.
