Josh Duvall Quoted by Law360 on Defense Department's Final Rule for its CMMC Program
Maynard Nexsen shareholder Joshua Duvall (Washington, D.C.) was quoted in Law360's article, "New Cybersecurity Rules Threaten Defense Industrial Base." The Law360 article, by Daniel Wilson, covered the U.S. Department of Defense's final rule for its Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification ("CMMC") program.
From the article: "The DOD has shown it is willing to tweak the CMMC in response to concerns from contractors, changing some aspects of the rule in response to comments on a proposed version such as extending the first phase of a multiyear rollout from six months to a year, Maynard Nexsen PC shareholder Josh Duvall said. 'They've listened to industry with respect to the rollout and extending that process, and trying to make it as easy as possible for contractors to be able to comply with this program,' he said."
